Thursday, June 26, 2008 Visits the Set of The Young and The Restless!

As reported, earlier in the week, here, was offered a set visit at CBS's The Young and The Restless , October of 2007, and of course we responded with a .... hell no! Even after all the begging and pleading and offering me a walk on role, I turned up my nose.... Okay, this is how it really happened.... They offered, I replied..."Uh... " Confused by my silence, they thought I wasn't a fan... wasn't a fan of Y&R? I was too busy fantasizing about sitting on the Abbott sofa and wandering through the Chancellor Mansion set, to say yes, yes, yes! Read about the entire set visit at!

This year, is participating in predictions. While many of the actors and crew deserve recognition for their outstanding work in soaps, there can only be one winner of every group. We don't pretend that everyone is outstanding, but we also don’t believe in bashing those who made the grade when we may not have agreed with it. While we do this in fun, we secretly all hope that our favorite actors, actresses, show crews and shows will win the glory. To start of our first series of Writers’ Emmy Predictions, here’s what Days of Our Lives Writer and Editor-In-Chief Christine Fix and her Assistant, and One Life to Live Writer, Amy Mistretta had to say… Check it out at!
